What currency do you use?
All prices, shipping fees and taxes are expressed in U.S. dollars All prices are expressed in US Dollars.
We only accept payments in U.S. dollars.

Where do you ship to?
We operate Boulevard Movies from Toronto, Canada, and ship worldwide from our warehouse locations in the U.S.A and Canada. Please be aware that the majority of our DVDs are in NTSC REGION 1. Make sure your DVD player is compatible with NTSC Region 1 discs if you are from outside Canada/U.S.A.
We are not responsible for International orders that are held up in customs. The buyer assumes all risks and fees in regards to their own country's customs department.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We only accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • PayPal 
  • Money Orders
Credit card payments are securely processed by PayPal. You do not need to register for a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Just enter the requested credit card information during checkout and your order will be processed immediately.
If you are paying by PayPal, just log into your PayPal account with your email address and password. You will be prompted for this information during the checkout process.
When paying by PayPal eChecks, your payment will take approximately 4-8 business days to clear. Once cleared, your DVD items will be shipped immediately (We cannot guarantee the availability of your items during this clearing period. If the items are back-ordered during this period, they will be shipped once the stock becomes available.).
When paying by money order, we will not ship your items until we have received your payment. During this period, there is a possibility your items will be back-ordered. If this is the case, your items will be shipped once the stock becomes available again. If we haven't received your payment after 15 business days, your order will be cancelled. So be sure to send us your money order as soon as possible.

We only accept USPS International Money Orders which can be cashed in Canada (the pink ones as shown above).

We accept U.S. funds only.

Canadian Buyers

Canadian Money Orders can be obtained from any Canadian Bank or Canada Post outlets.

We accept U.S. funds only.

All Other Buyers

Please be sure to use an International Money Order which can be cashed in Canada. Otherwise your items will not be shipped.

Once your money order is received by us, your item will be shipped immediately.

Are your DVD items new?
Yes. All our DVDs are brand new, factory-sealed, studio-released discs. We do not carry previously-viewed, copied or bootleg DVDs.

What region are your DVD and Blu-ray discs?
We carry REGION 1, NTSC DVD discs. They are made for the North American market (U.S., U.S. Territories and Canada).
We also carry some Region 0 (or All Regions) DVD discs which can be played on any DVD players worldwide. However, the DVD player must be NTSC compatible.
For your country's Blu-ray Region Code, please consult the Blu-ray chart below.
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in USA and Canada, please make sure your disc player is compatible with Region 1/NTSC discs  as well as Blu-ray discs, if you are from outside North America.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Shipping addresses destined for Canada and the U.S. State of Florida will be taxed. We operate Boulevard Movies out of Ontario, Canada and we also have nexus in the U.S. state of Florida.
You can find out what your tax amount is after you have entered your billing/shipping information during the checkout process.

All other international buyers are responsible for any duty or tax collected by their home country.

Do I need to set up an account before purchasing?
No. There is no need to register or set up an account with us to make a purchase. However, if you register with us, you do not need to re-enter your billing/shipping information when making future purchases and you can also take advantage of some of our webstore features. Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Statement.

What happens if a shipment is lost in the mail?
No shipment can be assumed lost from the time of shipping until:
the expiration of 20 business days for shipping to the USA.
the expiration of 25 business days for shipping to Canada.
the expiration of 25 business days for shipping to the Rest of the World.
If you are unfortunate enough to have not received a shipment past these mandatory wait times as specified above then please contact us for replacements. All reports for undelivered shipments must be received within 90 days of departure from our warehouse. Boulevard Movies accepts no liability for lost shipment reports after the expiration of 90 days.

What is your Return Policy?

Any item that is still sealed can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs).  Any opened item can only be returned if the item is defective. We will gladly replace (for same title ONLY) any faulty discs within 14 days of receipt of order. We would firstly request that you attempt to play the disc in question on another player to ensure the problem is not player/disc specific. With discs that come loose in transit within their case surface scratching can result but fortunately this rarely results in playback errors. If you find playback errors are occurring then attempt to clean or even lightly polish the disc to see if this remedies the situation. If the above fails then please e-mail us at info@boulevardmovies.com with your name and Order ID (found near the top of your email invoice) and nature of fault. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on procedure for return. Replacement discs will not be sent until we have received the return and verified the faults.

Shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed for returned items. Shipping for replacement discs must be paid by the customer.

What happens if an item is On Order?

All titles are in stock but due to a high number of orders, certain titles may be on order. If a title is on order, it is usually restocked within 1-2 weeks and will ship as soon as it arrives. Certain titles that are imported may take from up to 2 to 4 weeks to be restocked, but will ship as soon as they arrive.
For orders shipped within the USA - we will ship out what is in-stock and ship out the on-order items as it becomes available.

For all shipments sent outside the USA - we will hold your entire order until all your item is in place and ship them out together to save you on shipping fees.
